Important Information for Ticket Holders
- Doors will open at Noon on Saturday, April 8th.
- The live event will begin promptly at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 8th
- You DO NOT need to print your ticket at home before the event. However, to expedite check-in, please have the electronic ticket you were emailed handy so we can scan it at registration. Alternatively, you can provide your name and we can look you up that way.
- Sponsors, and those who purchased tables, will have reserved seating at the front of the venue. You are still encouraged to arrive early and select a table within the reserved section.
- General admission is open seating – we recommend showing up at noon if you have a large group or would like to sit with friends.
- Please eat a hearty lunch before the event. Light snack, coffee, and water will be on hand, but dinner will not be served until 5:30 PM.
- Please let us know if you cannot use your tickets. We have almost 100 individuals wait-listed for available seats.
- If you purchased a student ticket, you will need to show your student ID at the gate.
- Have friends that want to be part of the action – but don’t have tickets? The event will be live streamed and there are viewing parties happening in Missoula, Butte, Bozeman.
- Plan to stay and socialize after the event during our onsite dinner and mixer! All tickets include catered buffet-style dinner (vegetarian and gluten free options available). Also – enjoy beer & wine for purchase.
Conversation Starter
For this year’s event, TEDxBozeman has teamed up with a mobile app called Conversation Starter. This app allows you to create a profile and organize meet-ups to take place at TEDxBozeman 2017. If you are looking for a web developer, would like to discuss environmental issues, or just want to chat about fly fishing in SouthWest Montana – the app enables you to meet people you may not otherwise and get a conversation started!
